I am writing this note to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr Jansen Chua
who has assisted me in finding a suitable accommodation (a condominium) at Pasir
Panjang Road.

I got to know Mr Chua through our University website. For just a phone call from me,
Mr Chua responded positively and suggested few apartments that I could consider and
recommended that I view the one at Pasir Panjang road first. An appointment was made
between us to meet at the residence. He was there well on time and was accompanied by
an agent from the landlord side as well. He took us around the premises and explained
each and every detail of the property, the landlord's requirements and the contract details
in a friendly and courteous manner while retaining an utmost professionalism in the job.
I was thoroughly impressed by his actions and .most of all in his honesty and integrity in
providing information to a potential tenant like me.

We have met nearly three times now and in all I can vouch for Mr Chua's sincerity in the
job and his dedication to provide the best available options for both the landlord and the
tenant. I have decided to take up his offer without even looking around for an alternative
apartment to compare with and I am sure that I have done the right thing.

anytime during my tenancy for any problems or issues relating, to my tenancy and the
property.
